Here’s a list of the information you’ll need to provide:
Personal information
The legal name, residential address, date of birth, and social security number of the business owner.
Business Information
Legal business name as it appears on your tax return
Business phone number
Number of business vehicles
Industry designation or NAICS code representing your business category. Don’t know what your NAICS code is? Learn more here.
Business structure, for example, if your business is a Corporation, LLC, Sole Proprietor, etc.
The year your business was established
Tax identification number: EIN, TIN, or SSN depending on your business
Annual gross revenue
Average monthly fuel expenses
Business physical address as listed on your tax forms, and no PO Boxes.
Beneficial owners’ information, which would include anyone who owns 25% or more of the business. We would also need their legal name, job title, date of birth, social security number, and residential address.

Yes, for your security, every fuel card requires that a PIN is entered at the pump or when paying inside for the purchase to be processed.
Your fuel card(s) will arrive fully active and ready to use. All cards share an auto-generated PIN, which you can view or change through your online account. Be sure to memorize the PIN and share it with any employees who will be using the card(s) to ensure a hassle-free purchase every time.
Once you’ve set up your account access, you’ll be able to quickly and easily manage your fuel card(s) online, pay your fuel card bill, and explore additional features included with your account.

Absolutely! You’ll be able to pay your fuel bill quickly and easily through your WEX Select online account. Please note it may take up to 3 business days before the ACH (online) payment is processed.

Yes, it does! WEX Select provides the following features:
Send and receive payments. You can send ACH, digital check, and paper check payments; and, receive ACH and card payments through our secure companion portal. (Card payments require a separate set up with our third-party service provider.)
Create professional estimates and invoices. Add your logo to your estimates and invoices to enhance your small business brand.
Manage your jobs or projects. Organize your contacts, estimates, invoices, and important files in a project.
Your WEX Select Fuel card program offers a standard fuel rebate of 2 cents per gallon and is based on the number of gallons purchased at participating locations (95% of U.S. gas stations) each month with a WEX Select Fuel card. Rebates are not eligible on purchases at Tier 1 Truck Stop locations (Flying J, Loves, Petro, Travel Center of America, and Pilot) or large general merchandise retail chain locations. Rebates will appear as a credit on your billing statement, and earned when balances due are timely paid pursuant to the terms and conditions of your account agreement.
Save 2 cents per gallon with your WEX Select Fuel card! This rebate is based on monthly fuel purchases at participating stations (covering 95% of U.S. gas stations). Rebates are excluded for purchases at specific truck stops (Flying J, Loves, Petro, Travel Centers of America, and Pilot) and large general merchandise stores. Earned rebates will be credited to your monthly statement, provided your account balance is paid on time as per your agreement.
